I've never heard it run quieter
This could be as good an experience as I’ve ever had with a contractor. Called the number, nice woman picked up, checked the schedule, and had Steve at my house within an hour. Steve knew exactly what to do. He not only diagnosed and isolated the issue, then fixed it, but also cleaned the compressor, and I’ve never heard it run quieter. Diagnostic fee was also lower than expected. I think I found my HVAC company.
