I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had! Our A/C stopped working yesterday and I called around 2 p.m. to see if someone could come before they closed. They were so kind to work us into their schedule after I explained we had a 2 y/o at home (I understand not always the case). My mother was at my house at the time and said that Dustin, the technician that came, was beyond patient, professional, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Arthur's was amazing. I called in the morning because my fan motor was not running. They were even able to schedule me same day. I set the appointment and was thrilled when they called me back to say they could come earlier. (Granted, that was lucky.) Still, they called to ask. It was nice. James was my technician, and he diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He then gave me a quote that was detailed and broken down so I could see where the money was going. Like they say, you get what you pay for, and I know I got quality. Price seemed fair and reasonable. He completed the repairs and cleaning in the time he told me. James was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to at Arthur's was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. James even offered me a membership for Arthur's, which I accepted. Great job. I called about my heat not working and within 30 mins or less, they had a technician out here. His name was (Brett Smith), who I might add was very attentive, very professional. And when I say I asked a lot of questions that he knew every answer and also taught me a lot of things I did not know! And also made me realize that the last company I had, Air Comfort Solutions, did not do the job right. My AC thermostat was actually set to gas when I have an all electric home, and that was the reason my heat didn't work, and he found it super fast! So I will forever call this company to do my AC work! And I will always ask for (Brett) from the excellent service I received today. I will be a lifetime customer!

Our AC went out about a week ago when it was 95 degrees. We called Arthur’s and they were able to get someone out same day who was extremely helpful and replaced our capacitor (I think that’s what it was called). When they returned to the office the following week, they looked up and turned in my warranty info so we were able to get a partial refund. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future for our AC needs.
