I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had! Our A/C stopped working yesterday and I called around 2 p.m. to see if someone could come before they closed. They were so kind to work us into their schedule after I explained we had a 2 y/o at home (I understand not always the case). My mother was at my house at the time and said that Dustin, the technician that came, was beyond patient, professional, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Arthur's was amazing. I called in the morning because my fan motor was not running. They were even able to schedule me same day. I set the appointment and was thrilled when they called me back to say they could come earlier. (Granted, that was lucky.) Still, they called to ask. It was nice. James was my technician, and he diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He then gave me a quote that was detailed and broken down so I could see where the money was going. Like they say, you get what you pay for, and I know I got quality. Price seemed fair and reasonable. He completed the repairs and cleaning in the time he told me. James was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to at Arthur's was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. James even offered me a membership for Arthur's, which I accepted. Great job.
