One of the Best HVAC Techs I've Worked With
Bret Jackson came out and helped troubleshoot a heating issue I was having and was one of the best HVAC techs I've ever worked with. I, being an electrical tech myself, had already opened up the unit and ran some checks. When he came out, we did even more testing and came to the conclusion that it must be a flaky thermostat. I went ahead and ordered one on Amazon (because it was cheaper and I can install it, lol). He also did a full cleaning on the unit. He knew his stuff, was super friendly, and shot me straight. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with. I signed up for the twice-a-year tune-up, and he's going to be my tech for those also. Thanks for your help, Bret, see you in 6 months!!

We experienced the honesty and integrity of Arthur's air conditioning today. Their technician, Tony Lawrence, came to my brother's house to repair the heater. He discovered that my brother had simply not set the controls properly, and the heater was working fine. Michael Howell with Arthur’s Air Conditioning and Heating just serviced my unit. He was prompt and called ahead and told me his approximate time of arrival. Michael communicated very well through the servicing. He was extremely professional. Michael completed the servicing and showed me pictures of the ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures of what he completed. He did recommend some upgrades, but at this time, since I just had 850 sq ft of new flooring installed, I didn’t have the funding to go this route. Michael went above and beyond by speaking to his supervisor about financing choices. It was a great overall experience. I highly recommend Michael from Arthur’s Air to do your servicing!
