I had requested a service technician to come inspect our HVAC system (since the company that had installed it went out of business) because we discovered from ceiling drips that some PVC pipes that expel water from the system had pulled apart and saturated our attic floor. The tech arrived on time and checked the situation and solved the problem promptly, was polite and cheerful, and I'm satisfied. I will probably sign up for their twice yearly service program.
