  • Sometimes, the problem isn't with the AC unit itself: A faulty thermostat may be to blame. We can calibrate or replace malfunctioning thermostats to ensure accurate temperature settings and efficient system operation.
  • The condensate drain can become clogged over time, potentially leading to water damage and affecting indoor humidity levels. Regular maintenance checks can ensure the drain remains clear for proper water disposal.
  • Ductwork that is broken or improperly sealed can leak cooled air, significantly reducing your system's efficiency and effectiveness. We can inspect, seal, or repair ducts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Your AC unit has two fans: one that blows indoor air over the evaporator coil to cool it and another that expels the absorbed heat outside through the condenser.   • The condenser coil, part of your AC's outdoor unit, expels heat removed from the air outside. When it gets covered with dirt and grime, heat transfer is compromised, leading to increased pressure and temperatures that can cause your system to fail.
